Short title; Act supersedes the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, and Locksmith Act of 1993. This Act may be cited as the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, Fingerprint Vendor, and Locksmith Act of 2004 and it supersedes the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, and Locksmith Act of 1993 repealed by this Act.
