225 ILCS 454/20-105: Waiver of rights for failure to comply.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030)

The failure of an aggrieved person to comply with this Act relating to the Real Estate Recovery Fund shall constitute a waiver of any rights under Sections 20-85 and 20-90 of this Act.
