225 ILCS 454/20-82: Fines and penalties; Real Estate License Administration Fund; Real Estate Recovery Fund.

All fines and penalties collected under Section 20-20, Section 20-20.1, and otherwise under this Act by the Department shall be deposited in the Real Estate License Administration Fund and may be transferred to the Real Estate Recovery Fund in accordance with the authority set forth in Section 25-35 of this Act.
