225 ILCS 459/125: Surrender of registration.

CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Appraisal Management Company Registration Act.

Upon the revocation or suspension of a registration, the registrant shall immediately surrender the registration to the Department. If the registrant fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the registration.
