225 ILCS 459/145: Violations.

CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Appraisal Management Company Registration Act.

Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense, the violator is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
