CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Solicitation for Charity Act.

All copies of registration materials or financial documents filed with the Attorney General pursuant to the provisions of this Act shall, when certified by him or by his designated Assistant Attorney General, be taken and received in all courts, public offices and official bodies as business records of the filer.
