CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Transient Merchant Act of 1987.

Nothing in this Act shall limit the authority of a unit of local government to license or regulate transient merchants or itinerant vendors in a manner not inconsistent with this Act.
