CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Illinois Athletic Trainers Practice Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031)

Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for a first offense. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense, the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
