CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Illinois Athletic Trainers Practice Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031)

All of the fees and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited in the General Professions Dedicated Fund. All monies in the fund shall be used by the Department, as appropriated, for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department.
