CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Hearing Instrument Consumer Protection Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall forthwith surrender the license to the Department and if such person fails to do so, the Department shall seize such license.
