CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the license.
