Massage Therapy Practice Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)

All fees and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund. All moneys in the Fund shall be used by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, as appropriated, for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department.
