CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Medical Practice Act of 1987.

Any person who treats human ailments by the use of drugs or operative surgery and has only a license to treat human ailments without the use of drugs and without operative surgery, shall be sentenced as provided in Section 59.
