225 ILCS 610/3: Exemption from Act.

A collection center to collect cooking grease or cooking oil from the public hosted by a not-for-profit organization exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or a government entity is exempt from the registration, licensure, fee, and reporting requirements under this Act.
