225 ILCS 620/18.2

Every licensed feeder swine dealer shall record all feeder swine transactions conducted by the feeder swine dealer or his or her agent, including the names and addresses of persons from whom swine were purchased and to whom swine were sold, the number of swine bought and sold and their ear tag identification. Such records shall be retained 12 months and shall be available for inspection by the Department.
