225 ILCS 640/11.5: Administrative hearings and penalties.

Any person violating or aiding in or abetting the violation of any provisions of this Act, or any provision of any rule of the Department issued under this Act, may be ordered, following an administrative hearing, to pay the following administrative penalties:

(1) $300 for a first violation;

(2) $600 for a second violation within 3 years of the first violation; and

(3) $1,000 for a third and subsequent violation within 3 years of the first violation.
