CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Illinois Livestock Dealer Licensing Act.

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall forthwith surrender the license and any branch office licenses to the Department, and if the licensee fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the same.
