225 ILCS 645/19: License fees.

The following fees shall accompany each application for a license, and are not returnable:

a. for an original license to an individual. $25

b. for an original license to a partnership or corporation. $25

c. for an annual renewal license.... $10

d. for each branch office license... $10

e. for each agent authorized to represent or act for a licensee. $ 5
