225 ILCS 65/50-27: Fee waivers.

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, during State fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024, the Department shall allow individuals a one-time waiver of fees imposed under Section 50-26, 55-10, 55-11, 55-15, 60-10, 60-11, 60-20, 65-5, 65-15, or 70-45 of this Act. No individual may benefit from such waiver more than once.
