The Secretary shall appoint, pursuant to the Personnel Code, a Nursing Coordinator. The Nursing Coordinator shall be a registered professional nurse licensed in this State who has graduated from an approved school of nursing and holds at least a master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
