CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Kidney Disease Treatment Delegation Act.

The Department is authorized to adopt rules for the administration and enforcement of this Act. The rules may define standards and criteria for the necessary training, education, and experience for licensed practical nurses to obtain before receiving delegation under this Act.
