225 ILCS 70/33: Surrender of license.

CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Nursing Home Administrators Licensing and Disciplinary Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license to the Department and if the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license.
