225 ILCS 705/1.22

"Tag-line" means a nylon line of at least one quarter inch thickness that has mechanical clips or other suitable connecting devices incorporated therein that are spaced between 3 feet and 5 feet apart that allow a group of persons underground to attach themselves together.
