CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Coal Mining Act.

Any building constructed after the effective date of this Act for the purpose of housing the hoisting engine or boilers, shall be of fireproof construction and not closer than 60 feet to the shaft or other opening.
