Coal Mining Act.

He shall provide a sufficient number of props, caps, and timbers, when needed, delivered on the miners' cars at the usual place, in suitable lengths and dimensions for the securing of the roof by the miners. When cross bars are set by the miners they shall be furnished in the required lengths.
