225 ILCS 720/2.05: Application Fee.

At the time of submission to the Department, a permit application shall be accompanied by a fee based on the number of surface acres of land to be affected by the proposed operation. Such fees shall be established by the Department by rule. An application for renewal of a permit under Section 2.07 may be filed without payment of an additional fee. The Department shall assess, by rule, a permit fee for a permit revision to an existing permit.
