CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Surface Coal Mining Land Conservation and Reclamation Act.

All surface areas, including spoil piles, affected by the surface mining and reclamation operation shall be stabilized and protected to effectively control erosion and attendant air and water pollution.
