Surface Coal Mining Land Conservation and Reclamation Act.

The provisions of this Article, including the provisions of subsection (e) of Section 7.01 and subsection (e) of Section 7.02, shall be construed in a manner consistent with the provisions of Section 522 of the Federal Act, as amended.
