CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Illinois Oil and Gas Act.

The Director shall have the authority to obtain all necessary personnel to carry out the provisions of this Act, to designate their headquarters and to define their duties. The aforesaid personnel shall be subject to the provisions of the "Personnel Code".
