CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Illinois Oil and Gas Act.

The Department shall adopt rules of procedure for hearings and other proceedings before it under this Act. The provisions of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act shall apply to all rules adopted under this Act.
