CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Well Abandonment Act.

The Geological Survey shall issue a receipt for each geophysical log and well drilling report within 15 days of receipt of the geophysical log or well drilling report. The issuance of a receipt shall be deemed acceptance of the log or report by the Survey.
