CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Timber Transportation Act.

Nothing in this Act affects the rights of the owners of trees nor imposes any duties or liabilities on them not otherwise imposed by law. This Act is, rather, intended to protect the rights of the owners of trees, identify the transportation of stolen timber, and protect the public interest in trees on public lands.
