225 ILCS 745/135: Restoration of suspended or revoked license.

At any time after the successful completion of a term of indefinite probation, suspension, or revocation of a license to practice as a Licensed Professional Geologist, the Department may restore it to the licensee, upon the written recommendation of the Board, unless after an investigation and a hearing the Board determines that restoration is not in the public interest.
