CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029)

All fees, penalties, and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund and shall be appropriated to the Department for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department in the administration of this Act.
