CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029)

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall forthwith surrender the license or licenses to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license.
