CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987.

The Department shall maintain a roster of the names and addresses of all licensees. This roster shall be available upon written request and payment of the required fee.
