CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall forthwith surrender the license to the Department and if the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license.
