225 ILCS 83/35: Deposit of civil penalties; appropriations.

CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Mail Order Contact Lens Act.

All of the civil penalties collected under this Act shall be deposited in the General Professions Dedicated Fund. All moneys in the Fund shall be used by the Department, as appropriated, for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department.
