CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)

All disciplinary actions taken or pending pursuant to the Physician's Assistants Practice Act, approved September 11, 1975, as amended, shall, for the actions taken, remain in effect, and for the actions pending, shall be continued, on the effective date of this Act without having separate actions.
