230 ILCS 10/24: Applicability of this Act.

CHAPTER 230 GAMING
Illinois Gambling Act.

The provisions of this Act, and all rules promulgated thereunder, shall apply to the Video Gaming Act, except where there is a conflict between the Acts. In the event of a conflict between this Act and the Video Gaming Act, the terms of this Act shall prevail.
