230 ILCS 10/7.2: Temporary operating permits.

Any person operating under a temporary operating permit issued pursuant to 86 Ill. Adm. Code 3000.230 shall be deemed to be operating under the authority of an owner's license for purposes of Section 13 of this Act. This Section shall not affect in any way the licensure requirements of this Act.
