230 ILCS 40/9999: Effective date.

This Act takes effect July 1, 2009, except that the changes to Sections 15-102, 15-107, 15-111, 15-112, 15-113, 15-306, 15-307, and 16-105 of the Illinois Vehicle Code take effect January 1, 2010; but this Act does not take effect at all unless House Bill 312 of the 96th General Assembly, as amended, becomes law.
