230 ILCS 45/25-100: Voluntary self-exclusion program for sports wagering and fantasy contests.

Any resident, or non-resident if allowed to participate in sports wagering or fantasy contests, may voluntarily prohibit himself or herself from establishing a sports wagering account or fantasy contest account with a licensee under this Act. The Board and Department shall incorporate the voluntary self-exclusion program for sports wagering and fantasy contests into any existing self-exclusion program that it operates on the effective date of this Act.
