230 ILCS 45/25-120.8: Responsible gaming.

(a) Each fantasy contest operator shall include a statement regarding obtaining assistance with gambling problems, the text of which shall be determined by rule by the Department of Human Services, on the licensee's portal, Internet website, or computer or mobile application.

(b) Any resident, or nonresident if allowed to participate in fantasy contests, may voluntarily prohibit themselves from establishing an account with a licensee under this Act. The Board shall incorporate the voluntary self-exclusion program for fantasy contests into any existing self-exclusion program that it operates on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly.
