CHAPTER 230 GAMING
Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975.

"Director of mutuels" means the individual representing the Board in the supervision and verification of the pari-mutuel wagering pool totals for each racing day, which verification shall be the basis for computing State privilege or pari-mutuel taxes, licensee commissions and purses.
