CHAPTER 230 GAMING
Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975.

"Organization licensee" means any person receiving an organization license from the Board to conduct a race meeting or meetings. With respect only to organization gaming, "organization licensee" includes the authorization for an organization gaming license under subsection (a) of Section 56 of this Act.
