CHAPTER 230 GAMING
Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975.

Notwithstanding any provision of this Act to the contrary, from January 1, 2018 until January 1, 2022, "Illinois conceived and foaled", as the term applies to a standardbred, includes a standardbred horse whose sire is a qualified Illinois stallion.
