235 ILCS 5/1-3.49: Inactive license.

"Inactive license" means a status of licensure in which the licensee holds a current license under this Act, but the licensee is prohibited from engaging in all licensed activities because the licensee does not hold an active certificate of registration issued by the Department of Revenue pursuant to the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act.
