235 ILCS 5/3-10

The commissioners, the secretary, the Executive Director, and all clerks, inspectors, and other employees shall be reimbursed for all actual and necessary traveling and other expenses and disbursements incurred or made by them in the discharge of their official duties. The commission may also incur necessary expenses for office furniture and other incidental expenses.
