- Liquor Control Act of 1934.
No person shall receive a local license to sell alcoholic liquor upon any premises as a restaurant nor as a club unless it has the qualifications respectively described in Sections 1-3.23 and 1-3.24. No restaurant, licensed as such, shall sell alcoholic liquor except with meals.
